Aerial Mapping & Surveying
"Survey-Grade Accuracy, Unmatched Speed"
Starwings provides Aerial Mapping & Surveying services that capture accurate geospatial data for a variety of needs – land development, construction planning, mining, environmental monitoring, and beyond. Using drones outfitted with high-resolution cameras and RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) GPS, we produce maps and 3D models with surveyor-level accuracy in a fraction of the time of traditional surveys.

Our mapping offerings include:
Orthomosaic Maps
We fly drones in carefully planned grids over your site to take hundreds of overlapping images. These are then stitched together with advanced software (Pix4D, DroneDeploy) to create a high-resolution orthomosaic – essentially a geo-referenced aerial photo map.
Digital Elevation Models (DEM)
We generate elevation data, contour lines, and 3D surface models producing Digital Terrain Models and Digital Surface Models for engineers’ cut-and-fill calculations, flood modelling, or telecom companies analyzing line-of-sight.
3D Point Clouds & Meshes
For a full 3D reconstruction, we create dense point clouds and 3D mesh models of structures or landscapes, useful for quarry volume calculations, construction progress, and virtual walkthroughs.
Survey Accuracy with RTK
Our drones are equipped with RTK GPS and we use ground control points when needed, which means the maps can achieve centimetre-level accuracy relative to true ground coordinates
Why choose drones for security?
Our drone services offer rapid deployability and a wide vantage point without risking personnel. A single drone can cover the same area as dozens of ground guards, and do it with 70% less time and significantly lower cost.
Advanced aerial surveillance is transforming security operations in Nigeria; with technology like AI-driven drone analytics being used to bolster national security. All surveillance footage can be streamed securely to your control room or to our cloud platform for later analysis. We ensure all operations respect privacy and airspace regulations.
